Fear doesn’t stop you from dying, it stops you from living.
Over this past summer I was introduced to an incredible cliff diving spot in Palos Verdes, CA. Not only is this spot known for cliff diving but it is also a beautiful scenic hike for those who do not feel the need to take the jump. I went to this spot numerous times over the last summer and plan to visit frequently in the upcoming summer months. Take your friends, take your family and experience this spot for all its worth. It’s adventure packed and you won’t regret checking it out. Disclosures: 1. Check the water levels prior to making the journey. Do not go during severe high tides as the park rangers close down the cliff diving area. 2. This activity is not great for children or those who are easily scared. I consider myself a very adventurous person and was scared myself. 3. I wore regular hiking clothes and my running shoes. The path is a little rocky and its best to just jump in fully clothed. You’ll have to climb out on the rocks too post jump. 4. Take cash for parking. I think it’s $5.00. Take dry clothes to avoid getting your transportation method wet.
